At Red Royal Jewelry, every diamond creation is crafted with precision, passion, and purpose. We take immense pride in our craftsmanship and quality. However, if your experience falls short of perfection, we’re here to assist with a smooth and transparent return process.


 

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition.

  • It includes the original invoice, packaging, and authenticity certificate.

  • Items showing any signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

Return shipping instructions will be shared once your return request is approved by our team.


 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain pieces are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry.

  • Jewelry purchased during special offers, promotions, or clearance sales.

  • Items damaged due to mishandling or improper care.


 

Refunds

Once your returned jewelry is received and inspected by our quality control team, your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Please note: Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


 

Exchange Policy

If you’d like to exchange your jewelry for a different size, design, or product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges are accepted only for items in unused and original condition and are subject to product availability.

Custom or engraved jewelry pieces are not eligible for exchange once confirmed for production.


 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging and quality checks. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.

To help us verify, kindly share unboxing photos or videos along with your order details. Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
